The Carrousel of Shoppes is the largest fundraiser for the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf. Each year, Subsidium members work throughout the year planning this incredible shopping experience.

The Carrousel of Shoppes, "original shopping extravaganza!", features over 110 merchants from across the United States who will operate festive shops and offer fabulous merchandise for sale during this three-day shopping event. Forget driving all over town! Candles, linens, children's and adult's clothing, antiques, purses, toys, garden items, stationary, original art, ornaments, pewter, gourmet foods, furniture, jewelry, and many other specialty items all under one roof.

The Carrousel Gala will feature live entertainment. While you enjoy the music, you'll want to taste the wonderful array of food from local restaurants.

Get a jump-start on your shopping before the rest of the Mid-South. After shopping, bid on great sports memorabilia, signed guitars, adorable children's items, gift baskets, and much more at the silent auction tables. There will also be a live auction featuring such items as trips, jewelry, art and specialty packages.

This is also the best place to pick up the popular cookbook, Have You Heard...A Tasteful Medley of Memphis, published by Subsidium, Inc. located at the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf's booth and at the Shopper Hospitality table

MOSD has signed up to be a charity through an ongoing fundraiser called www.goodsearch.com

MOSD is asking our friends to try using www.goodsearch.com (powered by Yahoo). Please consider making http://www.goodsearch.com your homepage for searching the Internet. When you go to http://www.goodsearch.com , Under Who Do You Search For type in ’Memphis Oral School for the Deaf’ and click ’Verify’. Use the search function as you would on the site you normally use.

Once this is done, the system should save MOSD as your charity for future searches. A few cents are earned for MOSD each time you type in a name in the search box and click the search button as long as MOSD’s name is in the charity box. Once more people begin using this and become accustomed to using it on all of their computers every time they search, the donations will begin to add up for the children at MOSD!!

Schnucks eScrip Gift Card Program Supporting Memphis Oral School for the Deaf is as easy as . . . shopping at Schnucks !

The new plan means that you do not have to reload gift cards. Just present your card at checkout (after you register your card to MOSD) and Schnucks will contribute up to 3% of your purchase to MOSD!!

There is no cost for your card and cards may be picked up at MOSD or at participating Schnucks stores. Please make sure you register your card to Memphis Oral School for the Deaf Group ID#6536304. Registration is quick and easy! There is no need to get a new card if you already have one. Just register your card to begin to support the children at MOSD through this program.
